Dentalogix is committed to ensuring your total satisfaction with our non-consumable products. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. This guarantee gives you the opportunity to evaluate our systems and, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

The warranty period begins as soon as you receive the product and extends until the 30th calendar day thereafter. If you decide to return a product, please log into your customer account and follow the indicated steps. Once your return request is approved based on our criteria, you will receive return instructions via email. Please note that a return shipping fee of $15.00 is the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure the safety of our staff and to comply with postal standards, all returned products must be cleaned, sterilized, and placed in an autoclave bag clearly indicating that sterilization has been performed. Used items received that are not properly sterilized will be disposed of at the customer's expense due to the risks of cross-contamination.

Each return is thoroughly inspected by our quality control team. Items that successfully pass inspection will be eligible for a full refund.

Once we receive the returned items and they have passed our inspections, a refund will be processed, and you will be notified via email. The usual timeframe for processing returns is approximately 1 to 2 weeks. 2. 1-Year warranty

Dentalogix is committed to providing you with the highest quality products for your dental practice. Each item you receive has been carefully designed, assembled, and inspected before shipment. We are proud to offer a limited 1-year warranty from the date of receipt on all our products.

Our warranty covers any defects in materials, workmanship, and assembly. If the inspected product is deemed to have a covered defect, Dentalogix will provide you with a replacement product at no additional cost. Please contact us by email to receive instructions regarding the defective product.

However, it is important to note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, obvious abuse, or any special, additional, consequential, or incidental damages related to our products. We also emphasize that products showing any signs of disassembly or modification, upon our inspection, will be considered void of any warranty coverage.

Lastly, please note that our warranty is non-transferable and specifically valid for the original purchaser only. Your satisfaction and the quality of our products are our top priorities, and we are committed to resolving any warranty-covered issues promptly.
