The present Return and Refund Policy aims to inform Dentalogix customers about the conditions and processes related to all return and refund requests. Dentalogix aims to ensure your total satisfaction with our products. Your trust and contentment are of paramount importance to us, and we strive to provide you with a worry-free shopping experience.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or Money Back Policy

Dentalogix is committed to offering a 30-day satisfaction guarantee or money back on all purchases. This guarantee provides you the opportunity to evaluate our systems, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. The warranty period starts when you receive the product and extends until the 30th calendar day following. If you decide to return a product, please complete the return form available below. Once your return request is approved based on our criteria, you will receive instructions for the return via email.

To ensure the safety of our staff and comply with postal standards, all returned products must be cleaned, sterilized, and placed in an autoclave bag clearly indicating that sterilization has been performed. Used items received that are not properly sterilized will be disposed of at the customer's expense, due to cross-contamination risks.

Once we receive the returned items and they pass our inspections, a refund will be processed, and you will be notified by email. The usual turnaround time for processing returns is approximately 1 to 2 weeks. Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction and facilitate the return process as part of our commitment to quality and service.

2. 3 month warranty

Dentalogix is committed to providing you with the highest quality products for your dental practice. Every item you receive has been carefully designed, assembled, and inspected prior to shipment. We are proud to offer a 3-month limited warranty from the date of receipt for all of our products.

Our warranty covers any defects in material, workmanship and assembly. If the inspected product is deemed to have a defect mentioned above and is covered by the warranty, Dentalogix will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. We invite you to contact us to receive instructions regarding the defective product by email.

However, it is important to note that our warranty does not cover cases of misuse, obvious abuse, or special, additional, consequential, or indirect damages related to our products. We also emphasize that products that have undergone any sign of disassembly or modification, during our inspection, will be considered null and void of any warranty rights.

Finally, we would like to clarify that our warranty is non-transferable and is specifically valid for the first purchaser. Your satisfaction and the quality of our products are our priority, and we are committed to quickly resolving any issue covered by our warranty.
